Thee Nyshyne is a gender non-conforming entertainer based in Huntington, West Virginia. Thee Nyshyne has always had a passion for modeling and performance. She showcases her talents every weekend at the legendary local Stonewall Nightclub. Prior to her growing performance legs, Nyshyne worked as a publicity manager for Huntington High where she was able to find her love for marketing, the stage and organizing shows, realizing that SHE was the legs of the Tri-State.

Nyshyne has always had an inclination towards fashion and won the title of “most stylish and most likely to rule the world.

In her time of being an entertainer, she has been able to be photographed by prominent Appalachian photographers, has gained recognition from national legendary entertainers, showcased the diversity within our mountains, and worked with the ACLU at their annual Queer Youth Summit. She has led courses in confidence through stage performances.She hopes to bring awareness to the queer community in our Appalachian region because there is “no hate in our holler”, and all country-born queer-folk should feel safe to be their authentic selves.
