Stanley Harper

Police Officer

Stanley Harper is a Army Veteran and retired member of the WV, National Guard. He was the first  African American officer of the Marshall University Bike Patrol. He was also a Self Defense Instructor at Marshall University. He retired as the Sargent Midnight Supervisor. He loved teaching children bicycle safety.
