Bill Walker
William Henry ‘Bill’ Walker grew up in Huntington but attended school at Rose Hill Christian School in Ashland, Ky. He was a three-year starter at North College Hill High School, where he was a teammate of O.J. Mayo. He attended Kansas State University and was selected by the Washington Wizards in the 2008 NBA Draft but was traded to the Boston Celtics. He played for several teams during his NBA career. In 2021, he signed to play with Rain and Shine Elasto Painters of the Philippine Basketball Association.
