Roslyn Denise Bradshaw

Roslyn Denise Bradshaw is an entrepreneur who launched a successful cheese and charcuterie restaurant in downtown Huntington.

Bradshaw was born in Williamson, West Virginia. She attended Williamson High School, where she was an honor student and crowned one of the first Black homecoming queens. She continued her education at Marshall University, earning her bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare administration and starting her master’s degree. While at Marshall, she worked as a tutor for the Center for International Students and was a member of the Black United Students Association.

Bradshaw started her working career at Cabell Huntington Hospital as a registrar in the Emergency Department, the Marshall University School of Medicine and as a coordinator at Valley Health. She also worked at UK Hospital as a nutrition supervisor, which is where she developed a love for culinary art. After working in the healthcare field for almost 20 years, her passion for art and charcuterie inspired her to start a catering business.

Bradshaw is the founder and CEO of Boujee Boards by Roz. Her business is the first cheese and charcuterie restaurant in the area. It offers a unique charcuterie experience with styling graze boxes, graze boards and tables. Her brick and mortar business is located in downtown Huntington at the Progress Building on 8th Street. Her storefront allows the production of local, healthy and sustainable foods while promoting a positive social impact that is based around a passion and craftsmanship. It also allows her to contribute to building the community and spotlighting other local talented small businesses by offering their products in the store’s retail section.

Bradshaw’s business was recently featured on the 2023 May/June cover of Tri-State Living magazine. Her business is a member of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce. She also is a member of the Marshall University Alumni Association, NAACP and City of Huntington’s Open to All Campaign.
