Fred Hightower Sr.

Fred Hightower has lived in Huntington for 25 years. He is an artist/sculptor and pastor.

Hightower created a full-body sculpture of Katherine Johnson, the West Virginia mathematician who worked for NASA and who was portrayed in the movie “Hidden Figures.” He also sculpted a life-size, bronze sculpture of NBA legend Hal Greer and a life-size bust of Alex Booth that is on display at the Huntington Museum of Art, He also painted a picture of Pam Bailey, former principal of Spring Hill Elementary School.

He pastored at Encouragers Fellowship Church in Huntington before he was led to establish his present pastoral position in Dunbar, West Virginia, at All Nations Revival Center Church.
