A lifelong resident of Huntington, Charise Lindsey earned her Master of Science degree in Adult Education and Evaluation with an emphasis on Training and Development from Marshall University and her coach training from the World Coach Institute.

She is the CEO/Founder of Lifeseeds Development Group, LLC. She is an achievement-driven, certified professional coach and highly interactive certified trainer with a natural skill and passion for guiding people. Charise helps emerging leaders and professionals to increase their self-awareness and interpersonal skills through personal development strategies so that they can make better, quicker decisions and effectively lead themselves and others.  Building on the experience gained from a corporate position, she played an instrumental role in the organization’s financial turnaround and her personal story of finding her own “Leaderseed”,

She is the Program Coordinator for Leadership Development and Wellness at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, WV and is also an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical Schools’ McLean Hospital, a member of the Association for Leadership Educators and the American Businesswomen’s Association.

Charise guides people in tackling pivotal point decisions through coaching and action plan facilitation. As a result of her leadership development programs, workshops, coaching and speaking engagements, career and entrepreneurial-minded leaders excel as authentic, impactful business owners, value-driven and goal shredding individuals.
