Charise Hale


Charise Hale-Lindsey is a lifelong Huntington resident who earned her master’s degree in Adult Education and Evaluation with an emphasis on Training and Development from Marshall University and her coach training from the World Coach Institute.

She is the CEO/Founder of Lifeseeds Development Group, LLC. She is an achievement-driven, certified professional coach and certified trainer with a natural skill and passion for guiding people. She helps emerging leaders and professionals to increase their self-awareness and interpersonal skills through personal development strategies so that they can make better, quicker decisions and effectively lead themselves and others.

She is the program coordinator for Leadership Development and Wellness at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington and also is an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital, a member of the Association for Leadership Educators and the American Businesswomen’s Association.
