Dominique Elmore
Dominique Elmore was born and grew up in Huntington. She attended Meadows Elementary School, Cammack Junior High and graduated from Huntington High School. She attended Marshall University where she earned her bachelors and master’s degrees in science before entering the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. She completed medical training in Pediatrics at Marshall University and her fellowship training in Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at the University of Louisville. She is currently completing a Point-of-Care Ultrasound fellowship at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY. In August 2023, she will join the faculty of University/Norton Children’s Hospital as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician.
Dominique has been very active outside her studies. She was a student ambassador while at Marshall, University, spent four seasons in outdoor theatre and for years was active with the Art Center School of Dance. She was a member of the Junior League of Huntington and served as a board member of Dress for Success. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
