Dominique Elmore Dr.


Dr. Dominique Elmore was born and raised in Huntington. She attended Meadows Elementary School, Cammack Junior High School and graduated from Huntington High School. She attended Marshall University, where she earned her bachelors and master’s degrees in science before entering the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg. She completed medical training in pediatrics at Marshall University and her fellowship training in pediatrics and emergency medicine at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Elmore completed a Point-of-Care Ultrasound fellowship at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville and in 2023 joined the faculty of University/Norton Children’s Hospital as a pediatric emergency medicine physician.

Dr. Elmore is active outside of her profession. She was a student ambassador while at Marshall, spent four seasons in outdoor theatre and was active with the Art Center School of Dance. She was a member of the Junior League of Huntington and served as a board member of Dress for Success.
