Donald Crawford

Donald Crawford grew up in Huntington, graduated from Huntington High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marshall University.

Crawford worked in the accounting office of The Herald-Dispatch before serving as the program director at the A.D. Lewis Community Center. From there, he went to work at BASF as a chemical operator and was able to retire when the plant closed.

Crawford then was afforded the opportunity to go to school for retraining and chose to move into electrical training and acquired a skill he uses to help family and friends.

He coached track at Huntington High School and fondly remembers many of the star athletes with whom he had the pleasure working.
